I’m Bailey McCarthy-Boxer, a videographer covering the East Midlands, with a passion for creating engaging, high-quality content that brings properties to life. I’ve been filming for four years, working professionally in estate agency for the past year, and specialise in short-form content for social media as well as long-form content for YouTube. My goal is to craft eye-catching, creative videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and ultimately help sell homes.

Joining The Avenue was an exciting opportunity for me to push my creativity further, working on some of the most stunning homes in the country. Originally from London, I’ve spent the past four years living in Nottingham, giving me a strong understanding of the local market and surrounding areas. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me working on my project car, enjoying time at the pub with mates, or experimenting in the kitchen. I bring this same hands-on, detail-focused approach to my work—always striving to take every video to the next level with creative storytelling and a strong visual impact.

With a deep knowledge of camera equipment and editing techniques, I know how to adapt to different environments to capture properties in their best light. I’ve been editing professionally for three years, using industry-leading software to craft not just videos, but compelling visual stories that resonate with potential buyers.
