Henry surpassed all our expectations. He was nothing like any agent we had worked with before. He expertly marketed our property to the right audience and we secured an asking price offer in a couple of weeks and he then found us the perfect property off-market. We couldn’t have asked for more. He listened, advised, answered our many questions and had infinite patience whilst we were searching for our property. We bought our house in Darwin Park, Lichfield through Henry at The Avenue and would recommend him very strongly. He delivers to a very high standard.On Henry’s transparent advice we also used his partner Becky at Davisons Law as a solicitor who was equally excellent.As a team, Henry and Becky were by far the most proactive and competent estate agent and solicitor firm in the relatively long chain we had. We had a few weeks delay because of a listed property in the chain, but Henry and Becky kept us well up to date throughout the process and drove the completion timelines.We engaged with both via phone call, in person, email, and message and had a quick response every single time.

I cannot praise The Avenue highly enough. From our first meeting when Emma and Helen came to view and value our property, to our moving day and even beyond, we have had outstanding service. Both estate agents are highly-skilled and very experienced. They were extremely enthusistic and clearly passionate about marketing our property, which kept us buoyant and positive throughout. Having been on the market previously and unsuccessfully with another company, Emma and Helen were like a breath of fresh air. We loved the way they used high quality social media videos and visuals to advertise and promote our property. We felt confident throughout the process that they would find us a buyer - and they did. From confirmation of our buyers' offer to completion took a couple of days over 3 months. Throughout the process, Emma and Helen have been extremely supportive and kept us well informed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Bailee & Alice have made one of the most stressful life events, virtually stress free, from handling all viewings (over 20 in one weekend), to advice on multiple offers, simple and quick communication and keeping us updated every step of the way, I can not recommend them enough and will continue to tell everyone I know about them. Don’t be deceived by their age, they know exactly how to sell property in an unpredictable market 🫶🏼

Outstanding service from Bailee and Alice at The Avenue Estate Agents!We found our dream home online with no intention of selling our home of 11 years, but after falling in love with it, Bailee and Alice worked incredibly hard to get our house on the market and sold within a week. If you could give more than 5 stars we certainly would. From start to finish both Bailee and Alice have been amazing in selling our home. Bailee was very professional and gave us the best advice on putting our house on the market. Communication from both Bailee and Alice was superb and made us feel more relaxed through a very stressful move process and we can't thank them enough for all the updates we received from them and to have all of our questions answered. If I could give these people a rating out of 10 it would be at least 11. Your view of the service an estate agent should provide will be exceeded - and then some. Just nothing like any regular High Street estate agent that I have used in the past . Professional, no spin, contactable, knowledgeable, realistic price for your property so that it actually does sell. Never kept waiting for information or updates.Not the cheapest…but in my opinion, the best!

I can’t express how much knowledge, experience, thought and care these ladies put into knowing our property, our estate, our location and more! They knew exactly how to market our house for us to achieve our sale! Just sold my property with these guys, and just wow!! Literally within 48hrs of it going to market I had an offer. They may be slightly more expensive than others on the high street but that is easily made worth it with the effort that the Team put in to market your property, I actually wanted to buy the property I was selling it was that good. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell, fantastic service throughout.

Emily Cuthbert-Edkin's communication throughout the process was faultless. We were selling our parents home which as you can imagine wasn't easy for us but Emily handled everything so sensitively.
