Emily Cuthbert-Edkin's communication throughout the process was faultless. We were selling our parents home which as you can imagine wasn't easy for us but Emily handled everything so sensitively. She sold our property very quickly in an area where properties were not selling. I cannot recommend Emily more highly she is a true professional and really knows what she is talking about. I have worked in the estate agency world and trust me, Emily is in a different league!

I would definitely recommend Ben and Victoria at The Avenue. They were fantastic from the start and went above and beyond to secure the sale of my property. They were always professional, helpful and always on hand to promptly respond to my thoughts, feelings and frustrations and were incredibly proactive keeping things moving and always ensuring I was aware of the progress being made. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Following the exceptional service I’ve received from Ben and his team @ The Avenue, I genuinely don’t think I would ever sell a property through a large chain or corporate estate agent again.My property had previously been on the market for several months with a well-known estate agent and, quite frankly, we got absolutely nowhere. A neighbour recommended Ben @ The Avenue to me, and from the moment I moved the property across to them, the difference was remarkable.The whole service was incredibly personal from start to finish. The marketing of the property, including the photographs and materials they produced, was on a completely different level and really showcased the property at its very best.Ben and Victoria regularly kept me updated throughout the process and were always available when I needed them. Our chain was quite long and complex, but they did a fantastic job of keeping on top of everything, chasing where necessary and doing everything they could to keep things moving. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble or too small to deal with.What particularly stood out was the genuinely personal, family-friendly approach. You never felt like you were simply another property on their books. They cared about getting the right outcome and went above and beyond time and time again, particularly with communication and keeping everyone in the chain on track.I cannot recommend Ben, Victoria and the team @ The Avenue highly enough. We cannot recommend The Avenue Estate Agency enough, and in particular Laura, for everything she has done throughout the sale of our house. Before using The Avenue, our house had been on the market for around a year with very little interest. We had registered with some of the leading estate agents in the area, but communication was poor and the effort to sell our property seemed almost non-existent.After hearing such great things about The Avenue, we decided to make the switch, and what a difference it made. Really happy with the service from The Avenue Estate Agents, Bailee and Alice. They were always available ( outside normal office hours and even on holiday!) to answer any questions, really knowledgeable about the market and so easy to deal with. Absolute perfection from start to finish! We viewed a property the day after it launched and placed an offer that same day. Very smooth process when placing an offer. We were due to find out whether our offer was accepted on the day I had surgery and Laura worked tirelessly to keep us updated in those early moments. Since then, support from Steph (sale progressor) has been second to none. Any query, big or small, is responded to sooo quickly. Any request is honoured to the best of their ability. We have viewed the property we purchased a further 2 times since the offer was accepted and this was always accommodated for, even at peak times. It's going to be quite weird not speaking to Laura and Steph regularly as I feel they have been quite prominent people in our lives the last few months! We can't thank you enough for your help and professionalism. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful but when you're buying through an estate agent like this that stress is minimised as much as possible. Thanks so much guys!!
