Ben and Vic were fantastic from start to finish. We sold our house through them, from the initial photos and getting it on the market Ben’s experience shone through and he did a fantastic job. As the sale progressed both Ben and Vic were able to support us through the process and took away lots of pressure by being able to keep us up to date with everything along the way. 100% would recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell!

We brought our first house through Ben at The Avenue. From the first viewing Ben was great and very professional. He knew a lot about the house and the area and made it a really nice viewing. Then from putting the offer in to completing Ben and Victoria were giving us weekly updates and they did all the chasing up for us and kept us in the loop with the chain. Normally I’ve heard its for us to do the chasing but they just made the whole experience so easy for us and as stress free as possible. Replies were really quick and communication was 10/10!
