Meet Ben

Hi, I'm Ben Robinson at the helm of marketing at The Avenue Estate Agents, where we turn premium properties into the talk of the town. I lead our creative efforts, ensuring that whether it’s a cosy cottage or a grand mansion, each home gets the royal treatment it deserves, complete with 4K video tours, drone shots, and HDR photography that makes every detail pop.

I’m all about precision and innovation in our campaigns, but I also know that a good strategy doesn’t need to be dry. I believe in mixing a bit of flair into our presentations; after all, if it isn’t memorable, is it even worth sharing? My role is to blend the art of storytelling with the science of marketing, ensuring that each property’s narrative captures hearts and offers.

While I’m serious about marketing, I’m not all business. As an ardent Aston Villa fan, I bring the same passion and strategy from the pitch to our projects. Football teaches you a lot about life: you need a solid game plan, a bit of luck, and sometimes a strong defence when negotiations get tough.

Outside of work, I’m likely filming weddings, capturing those fleeting moments of joy and celebration, which is not too different from selling homes, really—both are about dreams and new beginnings. Plus, it keeps my creative juices flowing and ensures I can spot a good angle a mile away—useful when you’re trying to showcase that killer kitchen or the sunset views from the balcony.

I value the simple pleasures—like a pint with friends or quality time with my partner Emily. It’s in these moments that I recharge and find inspiration for my next big idea. Strong relationships are at the core of what I do; they’re just as important at a local pub as they are on a shoot!
