Meet Holly

I’m proud to be the Operations Director at The Avenue Estate Agents, where I’m passionate about helping our partner agents launch their businesses and ensuring everything runs smoothly for both them and our clients.

With a background in estate agency, I moved into operations to drive the modernisation the industry needs, always keeping the client’s needs front and centre.

I feel incredibly lucky to love what I do and to work with an amazing team that feels like my family, I have been involved in the business since we launched and am incredibly proud of what we have created and how many people we have helped on their moving journey. 

Known for my punctuality, I always remind my co-workers of a mantra a teacher once shared with me: "Five minutes early is on time, on time is late, and late is never acceptable." It’s a principle I live by and bring into everything I do.

I’m passionate about the impact of small acts of kindness, whether it's giving time to someone who may be suffering from loneliness or offering a simple compliment to a random person in your day. I believe these small gestures can make a massive difference to you and the people around you. 

Outside of work, my life revolves around my boxer dog, Bruno, and my nan, Carol, who I care for. She has always been my best friend and we share a bond like no other, she has taught me many things but most important lesson of all has been to always keep going no matter what is thrown at you in everyday life. 

I also love to travel—the best place I’ve ever visited was Lourdes on pilgrimage, and my bucket list destination is Japan.
