Hi, I'm James.

I have a passion for helping people build their own businesses and create financial freedom.

After 20 years in estate agency, I realised that whether traditional or online, the industry was always focused on market share, quantity over quality, and competing on cost—not value.

None of this prioritised agents having the best tools, support, or income, and ultimately, it didn’t deliver the best results for clients.

Disillusioned with this model, I decided to put my money where my mouth is—and The Avenue was born.

We have no interest in being the biggest, only the best. We focus on giving agents the best tools and support, providing clients with the best results and experience.

Quality over quantity is our ethos—we say no to more agent partnerships than we say yes to. It’s about finding the right fit, not just years of experience.

And we will always compete on value, not cost, delivering the best outcomes rather than the cheapest.

With this mission in mind, I co-founded The Avenue Estate Agents to create a space where agents can thrive, offering them the freedom to choose how they spend their time while delivering top-tier service.

One of my strengths is seeing patterns and connecting ideas, helping me drive innovation and ensure our partner agents remain ahead of the curve.

I’m a natural problem-solver, always finding solutions to challenges that help business owners achieve their goals.

I’ve seen the agents I work with gain financial freedom and more time for the things that matter most—whether that’s family, hobbies, or personal growth.

Watching others succeed in building their own businesses is what drives me.

Outside of work, I’m a dad to Stanley and Margot and partner to Hayley. We love spending time outdoors, and with my busy mind, I practise mindfulness and meditation to keep myself grounded.

I also co-host two podcasts—The Elite Agent Masterclass and Project Peak Performance—both of which focus on elevating businesses and personal development.
