With over 35 years of experience in estate agency, I specialise in premium homes and vacant properties. My expertise lies in negotiating the best prices for my clients, and I personally accompany all viewings to fully understand each buyer’s needs. This attention to detail has helped me secure higher offers for my clients time and time again.

I joined The Avenue after noticing a lack of passion and dedication in the corporate estate agency world. Becoming self-employed allowed me to take a different path, and joining The Avenue felt like finding an extended family where the passion for the profession truly thrives. Here, I can offer my clients the personalised and dedicated service they deserve.

Born and raised in Ashbourne, I’m proud to still call it my home. My roots are firmly planted in this beautiful town, where I live with my family and my two beloved cocker poos, Pip and Pop. When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing on the slopes or exploring the great outdoors with my dogs. Staying fit for skiing is a big passion of mine, and I love being active.

My approach to estate agency focuses on clear and constant communication with my clients. I tailor my methods to suit their needs, whether that’s setting up a dedicated WhatsApp group for easy updates or providing regular feedback on market activity. I’m available whenever my clients need me, offering flexibility for evening and weekend appointments. I also assist with purchases, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Ashbourne is a wonderful place to live, with excellent schools like Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, Abbotsholme, and Denstone College nearby. The town is also famous for its annual Royal Shrovetide Football Game, a tradition that dates back centuries. Buyers today are looking for more than just a home—they’re buying into a lifestyle.
