With nine years of experience in the property industry, I specialise in marketing beautiful homes—from character properties to first-time buyer homes. Growing up in Swanwick and going to the local schools, I’ve developed a deep connection with the area and its communities.

My passion for marketing homes, combined with my local knowledge, allows me to provide a tailored and personal service to every client.

I joined The Avenue after James and Hayley sold my own property in 2022. As soon as I met them, our values aligned—“Never the biggest, always the best” resonates with me. I wanted to offer my clients a one-to-one, concierge-style service with outstanding marketing to help them move on to the next stage in their lives. At The Avenue, I’m able to work with a select number of clients, which allows me to give them the attention they deserve while delivering innovative marketing solutions.

Having lived in Swanwick for over 30 years and now living in Blackwell, I’ve worked in the local area for the past eight years. Outside of work, I love exploring the countryside with my two dogs Mac & Dora, finding new places to eat—The Dog Inn at Pentrich is one of my favourites—and spending quality time with family and friends. 

Because I live and work here, I can confidently guide buyers and sellers through the area, highlighting not just the properties but the lifestyle that comes with them. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a property expert—you’re getting a local guide who knows the area inside out.

My personal experiences as a buyer and seller, coupled with my knowledge of the local area, help me relate to my clients. I understand the highs and lows of the process and can guide you with confidence and empathy.

I take a hands-on approach to estate agency, with a focus on attention to detail to ensure that every property looks its best. My clients know they can reach me anytime, by any method, and I make sure to be available whenever they need me. We offer a personal concierge service, which means we’re there from the very beginning to the very end, and we also help clients navigate the buying process for their next home.

Amber Valley is truly a special place to live. With Alfreton, Ambergate and Belper Train Stations nearby and plenty of bus routes, transport links are fantastic. You even have the benefit of the A38 & M1 on your doorstep. Living on the cusp of the Peak District means you get the best of both worlds—beautiful countryside walks and villages filled with historic charm.
