My passion is seeing passionate property professionals unlock their full potential, earn their worth and create incredibly successful businesses for themselves and their families

From a young age, I was immersed in the property, thanks to my family's involvement in property development. I quickly developed my own passion for property but love working with people too, leading me to a decade-long career in estate agency. 

Throughout my experience with independent, corporate, and online agencies, one theme persisted: the drive to dominate market share and become the biggest in the field.

However, 2020 marked a pivotal year for me. Despite becoming a top achiever within my previous company, the relentless pursuit of market share for minimal reward led to burnout and a loss of passion for the industry. 

This experience was the catalyst for founding The Avenue. Our mission isn't to be the biggest; we strive to be the best. Our model focuses on quality over quantity, enabling our agents to offer exceptional value and proactive service, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while still achieving financial success.

I am adept at spotting and creating opportunities, which I eagerly share with our agents, providing them with simple, effective strategies to drive results and reach their goals. 

Witnessing the transformative impact of our model on our agents' lives fuels my commitment to continuously enhance our business and support their success.

Outside the office, staying active is important to me; a healthy body equates to a healthy mind. Whether it’s running in the early morning, hitting the gym at David Lloyd, playing football, or attempting to get through a full round of golf, staying active is a vital part of my routine.

I also co-host The Elite Agent Masterclass podcast, where I enjoy learning from the diverse journeys of our guests. 

Socially, I cherish time with my partner Alice and our cavapoo Reggie, and we both love traveling and soaking up the sun on our favourite holidays.
