Meet Jack

Hi, I’m Jack Juerschik, although most people know me as JJ.

I am your local estate agent for Charnwood Borough, covering LE7, LE11, LE12 and the surrounding villages across Leicestershire.

This area is more than just the place I work. It is where I grew up, where I went to school, and where many of my life’s biggest moments have happened. From playing football for Rothley Imps as a child to walking the trails around Bradgate Park today, Charnwood has always been home.

Because of that, my understanding of the area runs far deeper than simply knowing house prices. I know the communities, the schools, the walks, the pubs, and the lifestyle that makes this part of Leicestershire such a special place to live.

Experience Built On Discipline And Detail

Before becoming an estate agent, I spent more than ten years serving in the Royal Air Force as aircrew.

That experience shaped who I am today. It taught me discipline, attention to detail and the importance of staying calm and organised when it matters most. Those same qualities now guide the way I support my clients through what is often one of the most important decisions of their lives.
