Hi, I’m Lianne Graziano, the proud owner of The Avenue Estate Agents covering the beautiful county of Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

With over half a decade of experience in estate agency, I bring a passion for people, property, and delivering a truly personal service that always puts my clients first. I specialise in premium homes, offering a concierge-style approach that feels more like working with a trusted advisor than just another agent. My mission is simple: to guide you with care, clarity, and confidence—helping you achieve the best possible result, with as little stress as possible.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m married to Michelangelo, mum to three, step-mum to two, and a proud nanna of two…..so far! These values shape how I work: with empathy, consistency, and a deep understanding that a home is far more than just bricks and mortar—it’s where life happens.

Having lived in Northamptonshire all my life—mostly in Rushden and now in the charming market town of Higham Ferrers—I know exactly what makes this area such a wonderful place to call home. From top-rated schools and countryside walks to independent cafés and a thriving community spirit, I’m passionate about sharing what makes our county so special.

Outside of work, I’m always learning—whether through personal development books, quality time with family, or simply enjoying the small moments. One of my favourite films is A Good Year, which reflects how I like to live and work—with warmth, optimism, and an eye for life’s finer details.
