Property has been at the centre of my career for over 10 years, working across multiple sectors including residential sales, lettings, property management, development and mobilization. Today, I am a proud estate agency business owner and Partner Agent with The Avenue, covering Codsall and the surrounding areas.

Becoming a Partner Agent with The Avenue gave me the opportunity to build a business that reflects how I believe estate agency should be done. For me, that means delivering a truly personal, concierge-style service where every client receives dedicated attention, strong negotiation and marketing that focuses on quality rather than quantity.

I live here in Codsall with my partner and dog and have fully embraced village life since moving to the area. It’s a place I’m proud to call home. The community feel, open countryside, and the balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to Birmingham and Shrewsbury make it a fantastic place to live. Being part of the community means I’m not just selling homes here – I’m genuinely invested in the area and the people who live in it.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me keeping active, whether that’s playing padel, going to the gym or following rugby now that I’m officially retired from the game (my body made that decision slightly before I did). I enjoy spending time with my partner, our dog and family, walking through the countryside, supporting local cafés and pubs, or catching up with friends to watch sport. 

My approach to estate agency is simple. I believe in being hands-on, approachable and proactive. Property is a genuine passion of mine, and I’m always happy to meet for a coffee and talk through someone’s plans, whether they’re thinking about selling now or simply exploring their options. Clients can expect clear communication, honest advice and support through every step of the process, including navigating their onward move.

What sets my service apart is the time and care dedicated to every property. I work closely with each client to ensure their home is presented in the best possible way, using The Avenue’s premium marketing tools including HDR photography, presenter-led video tours, twilight photography and drone footage. Combined with targeted social media exposure and digital marketing, this helps generate maximum interest and attract the right buyers.

As someone who lives and works locally, I have strong connections within the community and a deep understanding of what makes this area so special. That local insight helps my clients make confident decisions when buying or selling.
